The Local Organising Committee for the 10th Congress on Ionic Liquids (COIL10) is dedicated to fostering a truly inclusive conference environment. Our mission encompasses a wide range of diversity aspects, including but not limited to:

  • Gender identity and expression
  • Cultural and ethnic backgrounds
  • Physical and cognitive abilities
  • Academic disciplines and research focuses
  • Career stages, from early-career researchers to seasoned professionals
  • Sexual orientations and gender expressions
  • Geographic representation of participants

Our committee works diligently to ensure that COIL10 not only welcomes but actively supports and celebrates the rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives within our scientific community. We strive to implement policies and practices that enhance accessibility, promote equal opportunities, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees, regardless of their personal or professional background.

By championing diversity in all its forms, we aim to enrich the scientific discourse, foster innovative collaborations, and create a conference experience that truly reflects the global nature of research in ionic liquids and related fields.
