Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Each participant may submit up to 2 abstracts – 1 oral and/or 1 poster or 2 posters.
• The presenting author must attend the conference in person.
• Only abstracts from registered delegates who have paid the registration fee in full will be considered for program planning and publishing.
• All submitted material should be written in English.
• Abstracts must be submitted via the online portal. Emailed abstracts will not be accepted.
• Abstracts must be submitted using the template provided, with a maximum of 1 page. All instructions within the template must be adhered to.
• Abstract title (maximum of 50 words) should clearly indicate the content of the contribution. Avoid abbreviations in the title. Abbreviations may be used in the abstract if they are defined when first used.
• Main author details required: Name, email, affiliation (institution/company), city and country, photo and brief CV.
• Co-author details required: Name, email, affiliation (institution/company), city and country.
